Company creator and founder in 1978, Mr. Hassan Fawaz has been operating the business strategy and direction since 1978. He sets the company’s culture and values in building and leading the senior executive team.

Mr. Abed Fawaz holds a Business Administration degree in accounting from Lebanese American University. He oversees the financial health of the company and ensures it has proper staffing able to address accounting and treasury functions. Furthermore, he handles cash management and risk planning activities.
